Refund Policy

salaryDr Negotiations is a digital deliverable — a Counteroffer Plan, strategy memo, peer comparables PDF, contract markup PDF, and email/script pack — generated within a few hours of intake submission for Fast Counteroffer Bundle, or 24–48 hours for Expert Negotiation Guidance. Because the deliverables are produced specifically for your offer and delivered immediately, all sales are final once the bundle has been generated, with the exceptions described below.

Before generation

If you’ve paid but haven’t yet submitted your intake form, contact support@salarydr.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

After generation: material errors

If the bundle has material errors — wrong specialty data, contradictory numbers, missing sections — reply to your delivery email within 7 days with specifics and we’ll regenerate at no charge. If a regeneration doesn’t resolve the issue, we will refund 50% of the bundle price.

Quality review

If the final bundle falls materially short of the promised deliverables, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll review the issue, regenerate the bundle when appropriate, and make it right.

How refunds are processed

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. We’ll confirm by email when the refund is issued; depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds may take an additional cycle to appear on your statement.

Expert Negotiation Guidance

For the Expert Negotiation Guidance tier ($699 with expert markup and summary), the same terms above apply. The longer delivery window reflects the additional human guidance step before your bundle is released. See the Negotiation Services Terms of Service for full detail.
