1. Introduction

Welcome to SalaryDr (“we,” “our,” or “us”), a service provided by Maeve Media LLC. By accessing or using our website, the SalaryDr iOS app, or Physician RVU Tracker (together, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Use of Our Service

SalaryDr provides a platform for healthcare professionals to share and view de-identified compensation data, including SalaryDr Circle for pseudonymous physician discussions and an anonymous community for verified medical students. We do not independently verify every user submission, and users should consider all data informational only.

Physician RVU Tracker and In-App Subscriptions

Physician RVU Tracker is a recordkeeping and compensation-estimation tool for physicians. Work RVUs and earnings depend on your entries, compensation plan, and employer credit rules. Estimates do not guarantee payment or a compensation outcome. The app is not a patient record system or a clinical decision tool. Do not enter patient names, medical record numbers, or other patient identifiers.

Adding encounters requires an active subscription. Monthly and annual plans, localized prices, billing periods, and any introductory offer for which you are eligible are shown in the app before you confirm a purchase. Existing records remain available to view and export after a subscription expires. Use Restore purchases in the app to recover eligible purchases associated with your Apple Account.

Apple processes subscription payments through your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. To avoid the next renewal charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting the app or your SalaryDr account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Any free trial shown at purchase converts to the disclosed paid plan unless canceled before its renewal deadline. Apple handles billing and refund requests under its Apple Media Services terms and applicable law.

A SalaryDr account is optional for local tracking and enables account backup and synchronization when used. The optional compensation-contribution link opens a separate SalaryDr form; it does not automatically submit your private RVU log or pay plan. Contributions are subject to the form's publication preview and section 3 below, and contributing is not required to access purchased RVU Tracker features. 3. User Submissions

When you submit salary information to SalaryDr:

You agree not to submit false or misleading information.
You understand that, after review, the compensation record described in the submission preview may be published as an individual SalaryDr card. Individual cards may show exact compensation and recent submission timing but do not display your name, contact email, or exact years of experience. If you select city visibility, your city may appear only after at least 10 approved submissions exist in the same city and specialty; otherwise the location is broadened to a qualifying metro area or the state.
You understand that we may broaden a location, group experience into a range, or withhold a practice setting when a combination appears unusually identifying. These controls reduce risk but cannot guarantee that no person could infer your identity from compensation or contextual details.
You grant Maeve Media LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, analyze, display, and distribute the de-identified submission on SalaryDr, in SalaryDr products, and through SalaryDr-owned or operated channels, including Instagram, TikTok, X, and other SalaryDr marketing channels. This license ends when we permanently delete the submission, except for limited backup retention, legal obligations, third-party reshares, and statistics that no longer identify or single out your record.
You agree not to include employer or facility names, patient information, colleague information, or other details in free-text fields that could identify you or another person.
You understand we may use de-identified and aggregated data for benchmarking, research, product improvement, and marketing.

You may request removal of a salary submission from your account or by contacting support@salarydr.com. A verified removal request hides the record from SalaryDr while we review it for permanent deletion. We will make reasonable efforts to remove SalaryDr-controlled social posts associated with an approved request, but cannot control copies or reshares made by third parties before removal.

3.1. SalaryDr Circle

SalaryDr Circle is a space reserved for NPI-verified physicians, residents, and fellows to discuss compensation, contracts, training, and professional experiences under a pseudonym. Registry verification confirms a professional record; it is not a guarantee of a member's statements, credentials, employment, identity ownership, or advice. By participating in Circle:

You must provide truthful account and role information, complete the verification steps we require, and maintain only one account per verified professional identity
You agree to follow our Circle Guidelines, which are incorporated into these Terms
You understand that Circle is pseudonymous, not a promise of absolute anonymity; display names and product controls reduce identity exposure, but no online forum can guarantee that other participants will be unable to infer identity from what you post
You agree not to identify, dox, harass, scrape, re-identify, or expose another member, patient, colleague, employer representative, or third party
You strictly agree NOT to post any Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined by HIPAA. Violations may result in immediate account termination.
You grant SalaryDr a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, distribute, and adapt content you submit as needed to operate, secure, moderate, and promote the Service, subject to our Privacy Policy
You acknowledge that we may use automated systems and authorized human review to screen, limit, label, remove, or preserve content and may suspend or terminate accounts to enforce these Terms
You may not copy, scrape, sell, train a model on, or commercially redistribute Circle content or member information without our written permission

Circle posts, replies, offer discussions, and member poll results reflect member experiences and sentiment. They are not medical, legal, financial, employment, or credentialing advice; poll results are not scientific surveys and may not represent physicians generally. You remain responsible for independently evaluating information before acting on it.

SalaryDr Circle for Medical Students

SalaryDr Circle for Medical Students is an anonymous community for students currently enrolled in a US MD or DO program. To join, you prove you receive email at your school with a one-time code (or by signing in with your school account), confirm that you are currently enrolled, and agree to these Terms and the Student Guidelines, which are incorporated into these Terms. By participating:

You must be currently enrolled in the program you verify for, use a school email address that is yours, and keep only one student account. Access ends on July 31 of your expected graduation year, when your enrollment ends, or when your verification is withdrawn, whichever comes first.
You post under one permanent username. Other members never see your name, your school email, or your class year; your school is shown only inside your school's private room. Anonymity reduces identity exposure but cannot be absolute: what you write can still let someone who knows you recognize you.
You agree not to identify, harass, threaten, or dox classmates, faculty, residents, staff, patients, or anyone else; not to share exam questions or answers; and not to post information that could identify a patient.
Direct messages are private between their participants. Anyone can decline a message request, block a member, or report a message.
While your verification is active, you may view individual SalaryDr salary records. The restrictions in this section and in section 3.1 on copying, scraping, and redistributing apply to them.
When you verify your NPI as a resident or physician, your account moves into SalaryDr Circle for residents and physicians, keeping your username.

Community Standards and Enforcement

SalaryDr has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users in any part of Circle. Objectionable content includes harassment, hate, threats of violence, sexual content involving anyone under 18, sexual content about real people, doxxing, spam, and content that breaks the guidelines for the space you are in.

Every post, reply, and message can be reported, and you can block any member. We act on reports promptly; in the student space, we act on every report within 24 hours.
We use automated systems, including services provided by OpenAI, to screen content when it is posted and to review held and reported content. Under written rules, automated review can remove content, restrict an account from posting and messaging for a period, or suspend an account, and repeated or severe violations lead to suspension. Every action is recorded and can be reversed. To ask for a decision to be reviewed, email support@salarydr.com.
We preserve and report apparent child sexual exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and to law enforcement as required by law.
We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3.2. SalaryDr Jobs and Employer Plans

SalaryDr Jobs is a physician-only jobs marketplace that may include employer-submitted roles, public job information, employer profile pages, compensation context, saved searches, job alerts, and physician interest workflows. Job postings, compensation estimates, employer profiles, and market context are provided for informational and recruiting purposes only. Employers remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of roles, compensation ranges, application links, and hiring communications they submit or approve.

Employers may claim an employer page, sync or submit roles, and purchase optional paid products. SalaryDr Jobs is free and includes unlimited eligible physician job listings, an employer profile, job management, and basic ATS or job-feed sync after verification. SalaryDr Connect is billed per accepted introduction; the applicable fee is clearly displayed in the employer workspace before checkout. The employer is not charged if the physician declines the introduction. Any recurring-hiring plan SalaryDr may offer is quoted per organization; its price, billing cadence, and commitment term are set by written order or clearly displayed before checkout. We may change plan features, pricing, or promotions prospectively, but changes will not reduce a paid term already purchased except as permitted by these Terms or required by law.

Each recurring-hiring plan includes a set number of physician-consented introductions per monthly allowance period; the number included is the one stated in your written order or displayed before checkout, and it varies by plan. Unused introductions roll over, up to a maximum banked balance of twice your plan's monthly allowance. Each introduction credit expires ninety (90) days after it is issued, and credits are spent oldest-first. Banked credits are available only while the plan is active and have no cash value. Candidate-interest access and introductions do not guarantee a hire, interview, application, placement, continued interest, or minimum number of interested physicians. Physicians who express interest remain anonymous until they choose to reveal their identity or approve contact. Employers agree not to attempt to identify, contact, scrape, export, or re-identify anonymous physicians outside the product controls we provide.

Response Assurance applies after a funded, physician-consented introduction. To qualify, the employer must send its first message in the SalaryDr workspace within two business days after the introduction opens. SalaryDr sends physician reminders after approximately two and five calendar days. If SalaryDr has not recorded a physician response by seven calendar days after that first message, SalaryDr automatically issues one replacement-introduction credit. A physician reply, including a withdrawal or statement that the physician is no longer interested, counts as a response. An employer that receives a response outside SalaryDr must mark that response in the workspace before the deadline to stop the assurance timer.

A replacement credit is applied automatically to the employer's next eligible physician-consented introduction before any included allowance or Connect charge. If the original introduction was purchased through pay-as-you-go Connect, an organization owner or administrator may request a full refund to the original payment method instead while the replacement credit remains unused. Choosing a refund permanently cancels that credit. Included, complimentary, and replacement-credit introductions are not refundable for cash. Refund timing is controlled by the payment processor and financial institution. A response received after the seven-day deadline does not revoke a replacement credit or completed refund.

Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, SalaryDr does not act as a recruiter, staffing agency, employment agency, or placement firm, and we do not charge placement fees. Employers are responsible for complying with applicable employment, advertising, pay transparency, credentialing, privacy, and anti-discrimination laws.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on SalaryDr, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by SalaryDr and protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Disclaimers

SalaryDr and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information on our site.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SalaryDr, Maeve Media LLC, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SalaryDr, Maeve Media LLC, and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, or b) a breach of these Terms.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting a prominent notice on our site. Your continued use of SalaryDr after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.
