Welcome to SalaryDr (“we,” “our,” or “us”), a service provided by Maeve Media LLC. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Use of Our Service

SalaryDr provides a platform for physicians to anonymously share and view compensation data, including our SalaryDen community forum for physician discussions. We do not verify the accuracy of user submissions, and users should consider all data as informational only.

3. User Submissions

When you submit salary information to SalaryDr:

You agree not to submit false or misleading information
You understand your submission will be anonymous
You grant us permission to store, analyze, and display your submitted information
You understand we may use aggregated anonymous data for research and marketing purposes

3.1. SalaryDen Community

SalaryDen is our physician-only community forum where verified physicians can discuss salaries, contracts, and professional experiences anonymously. By participating in SalaryDen:

You agree to follow our Community Guidelines, which are incorporated into these Terms
You understand that all discussions are anonymous and your identity is protected
You agree not to share personal information about patients or colleagues
You strictly agree NOT to post any Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined by HIPAA. Violations may result in immediate account termination.
You acknowledge that we may moderate content to maintain community standards

3.2. SalaryDr Jobs and Employer Plans

SalaryDr Jobs is a physician-only jobs marketplace that may include employer-submitted roles, public job information, employer profile pages, compensation context, saved searches, job alerts, and physician interest workflows. Job postings, compensation estimates, employer profiles, and market context are provided for informational and recruiting purposes only. Employers remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of roles, compensation ranges, application links, and hiring communications they submit or approve.

Employers may claim an employer page, sync or submit roles, and purchase optional paid products. The Transparent Employer Plan is offered at $199 per month unless a promotion, annual plan, or other written agreement applies. Paid employer features may include candidate-interest access, a branded employer profile, compensation benchmarks, featured job slots, transparency badges, analytics, and related marketplace tools. We may change plan features, pricing, or promotions prospectively, but changes will not reduce a paid term already purchased except as permitted by these Terms or required by law.

Candidate-interest access does not guarantee a hire, interview, application, placement, or minimum number of interested physicians. Physicians who express interest may remain anonymous until they choose to reveal their identity or approve contact. Employers agree not to attempt to identify, contact, scrape, export, or re-identify anonymous physicians outside the product controls we provide.

Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, SalaryDr does not act as a recruiter, staffing agency, employment agency, or placement firm, and we do not charge placement fees. Employers are responsible for complying with applicable employment, advertising, pay transparency, credentialing, privacy, and anti-discrimination laws.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on SalaryDr, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by SalaryDr and protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Disclaimers

SalaryDr and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information on our site.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SalaryDr, Maeve Media LLC, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SalaryDr, Maeve Media LLC, and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, or b) a breach of these Terms.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting a prominent notice on our site. Your continued use of SalaryDr after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.
