SalaryDen is an anonymous space for physicians and trainees to share candid experiences. To keep this community safe and useful, you must follow these rules.

Core Principles

• Be respectful, even when you disagree
• Protect patient confidentiality and PHI at all times
• Do not dox, threaten, or harass any individual or organization
• Share truthful information and label opinions clearly
• Use the platform for professional discussion, not personal attacks

Prohibited Content and Conduct

• Hate speech, harassment, bullying, or threats of violence
• Sharing personal data or identities of others (doxxing)
• Posting PHI or any information that could identify a patient
• Illegal activity, solicitation of illegal services, or facilitation of crimes
• Spam, scams, commercial advertising, and undisclosed promotions
• Sexually explicit content or exploitation
• Coordinated manipulation (brigading, vote manipulation, or fake engagement)

Moderation

• We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these rules or our Terms
• Moderation decisions may be automated, manual, or both
• Repeat or egregious violations may result in temporary or permanent bans
• Appeals can be sent to legal@salarydr.com with relevant context

Reporting

You can report posts, comments, private messages, or users that violate these rules. We review most reports within 48 hours.

Anonymous Identity

Anonymity enables candid discussion. Do not attempt to unmask others. We may take action against attempts to reveal identities or to misuse anonymity for harassment.

Enforcement

We reserve the right to remove any content or restrict any account at our sole discretion to protect the community, comply with law, or enforce our policies.
