We respect intellectual property rights and will respond to clear notices of alleged infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

How to File a DMCA Notice

Send a written notice to legal@salarydr.com that includes:

  • Your contact information and electronic signature
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
  • Identification of the material claimed to be infringing (URL)
  • A statement of good-faith belief that use is not authorized by the copyright owner, agent, or law
  • A statement that the information is accurate and under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice including:

  • Your contact information and electronic signature
  • Identification of the removed material and where it appeared before removal
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
  • Your consent to jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address, and acceptance of service from the complainant

We may notify the user who posted the content and forward your notice or counter-notice in full.
