OB/GYN Physician – Collaborative Midwifery Care
The Corewell Health West Women’s Health Service Line partners with women to achieve their best life through compassionate, personalized, and innovative care delivered by an inspired, expert team.
We are seeking a full‑time, BC OB/GYN physician to join our Grand Rapids OB/GYN Generalist team in a role focused on collaborative care and clinical support of our certified nurse midwifery team and the provider’s own GYN practice. This position is ideal for a physician who values team‑based care and is seeking a reduced obstetric office and call burden while maintaining a robust GYN patient population and a high surgical volume.
The role is split between our 68th Street and Ada midwifery practices and includes providing backup coverage, consultation, and clinical oversight within a well‑established interdisciplinary model and providing on-call full scope obstetrics/gynecology care with our OB/GYN generalist teams. Deliveries occur at Butterworth Hospital, a high‑volume center with approximately 7,900 deliveries annually.

Required Bachelor's Degree
