Countless times my schedule has been altered to meet the programs needs without my consent and many times with last minute notification. Often on weeknights and weekends I am still working despite being "off." That being said the work and educational experience has provided me the ability to become a very competent provider as my program places a strong emphasis on autonomy. My medical knowledge is umpteen times stronger than it was when I started. "
