Salary Range: Job DescriptionSeeking a full-time Urologist to join an established practice in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, a city of 40,000. The Fond du Lac Regional Clinic, SC, a physician-owned and governed, multi-specialty group affiliated with SSM Health through a professional service agreement.
The Opportunity: - Join an established and growing team: 3 physicians and 2 APPs
- Office embedded into a 100+ physician multi-specialty clinic
- Excellent quality of life practice offering a 4-day clinic/OR week
- Call Schedule – 1:4
- DaVinci Robot at St. Agnes Hospital
- Fully integrated EPIC EMR across the system
- Start with a guaranteed salary with immediate eligibility for a production-based bonus and additional incentive compensation for quality, service, and leadership.

Compensation Details: The Fond du Lac Regional Clinic offers competitive compensation along with comprehensive benefits to include: - $684,197 guaranteed salary to start with eligibility for a production-based salary opportunity to earn $821,000
- Shareholder opportunity within 12 months of employment
- Additional incentive compensation for quality, service and leadership goal
