About this role.
As a Cardiothoracic Surgeon, you'll work with a team of 2 board-certified CT surgeons, that puts patients first! You'll have the opportunity to collaborate and work alongside 11 cardiologists with 4 interventional cardiologists and 1 EP specialist (with a second EP coming), and 3 vascular surgeons. The practice provides full spectrum care that prides itself on high-quality patient experiences.
- Competitive Compensation: $957,000 plus the potential to earn more with a production incentive.
- Quality Bonus: $75,000 (based on your score of 4 quality metrics).
- Incentives: $25,000 starting bonus, up to $20,000 relocation bonus (if applicable), and up to $100,000 student loan repayment bonus (if applicable). We’re also PSLF eligible!
- You would practice at Intermountain Health: St. Vincent Regional Hospital in Billings, Montana.
- You would be joining a well-respected, established group of Heart & Vascular providers.
- Extended program includes 4 experienced surgical PA's who provide support in the OR, hospital, and ambulatory clinic.

What you’ll bring.
- MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine.
- Residency or Fellowship trained in Thoracic and Cardiac Surgery.
- Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline.
- Active, unobstructed Montana medical license, or the ability to obtain one.
- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process.
- Passion for CT surgery.
