SSM Health is seeking a Child & Adolescent Outpatient Psychiatrist to join our highly collaborative and well-established Behavioral Health team in Madison, Wisconsin. Our Behavioral Health department includes:
- 12 Psychiatrists (10 adult/child psychiatrists and 6 APNPs)
- 35+ Psychotherapists (Master's Therapists and Psychologists)
- A supportive, multidisciplinary environment designed for excellent patient care
Position Highlights:
- 4-5 day flexible workweek (full-time)
- 32 patient contact hours (full-time)
- Flexible FTE: 80-100%
- No nightly call; Telepsych covers 5 p.m.-8 a.m.
- Hybrid model with in-person and virtual options
- Night call rotation every 16-18 days (primarily weeknights)
- Rotational weekend inpatient rounding with additional stipend
- Outreach opportunities available

Requirements:
- M.D. or D.O.
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry
- Fellowship training in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
- Active and unrestricted WI license (or eligibility)
- Active and unrestricted DEA
