Affiliated with Putnam Hospital in Carmel, NY, we are seeking board certified/eligible Family Medicine Physician to join busy and growing primary care practices in Mahopac, NY to work with 3 other physicians and 1 Nurse Practitioner. This practice sees all ages. There are teaching opportunities working with medical students or residents from our IM or FM Residency programs. Our employed outpatient practices utilize our hospitalist programs for inpatient admissions. Our physicians work in a respectful and collegial environment with excellent work life balance. Job Requirements:

  • MD or DO with NY State License and Federal DEA
