Duties: Serve as the Attending Physician for Inpatient Pediatrics and ED Consults. Your responsibilities will include rounding on inpatient pediatrics and newborns in the Family Birth Center. Additionally, you'll be instrumental in stabilizing and transferring critically ill patients. Full-Time Equivalent (FTE): Commit to a 1.0 FTE, providing you with a comprehensive and engaging work experience. Required Procedures: Utilize your expertise in lumbar punctures, intubations, and umbilical lines as part of your essential duties. EMR System: Navigate efficiently through the Patient Keeper EMR system, ensuring seamless integration with Meditech. Additional Facility Insights Ward Capacity: The facility boasts an 18-bed ward, with a significant portion of your responsibilities centered in the Level 2 Nursery.
