This position offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a Neonatology unit. The facility boasts a Level III NICU and an average daily census of 27.9 in the nursery. Job Details Specialty: Pediatric Hospitalist Shift Type: Days Shift Description: 12 Hour shifts - 7am to 7pm Weekend Requirements: Yes On Call Requirements: No Certification Requirements: ACLS, Board Certified, DEA, NRP, PALS License Requirements: Virginia Job Requirements Clean background and malpractice history Valid VA license and DEA Job Description PEDS HOSPITALIST NEEDED IN VA Newborn Nursery: Timely discharges, well baby patient management NICU Specific: Pediatricians cover well babies No call, weekends required Days only, no nights Subspecialty Backup: No cardiac surgery except for PDA's, no ECMO.
