Our model of care is multi-disciplinary and integrated and working in the direction of disease site specific. In collaboration with Surgical and Radiation Oncologists, we are developing a cohesive team of medical oncologists and allied health providers that will function in a comprehensive and integrated model of care. We offer a highly competitive compensation package, including base salary plus incentives and allowances for CMEs and dues expenses. Northern Dutchess Hospital is an 84-bed acute care not-for-profit community hospital. The hospital has an excellent medical staff, exceptional anesthesia, and 24/7 hospitalist coverage. The hospital has recently renovated operating rooms, a brand new, top-rated emergency department, and fully modernized patient care areas.
