The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Northwell Health seeks an OBGYN Generalist to join our New Milford and Sharon Hospital team as we expand Women’s Health services across the Health System.
***This is a Generalist position that will consist of office work in our New Milford OBGYN outpatient clinic, and call shifts at Sharon Hospital in Connecticut. Call shifts will be shared amongst 4 physicians and can be taken from home. Response time requirement to site is 30 minutes or less. Call shifts require rounding on patients.
New Milford Hospital is an 85-bed community hospital, serving the residents of the greater Litchfield County area in Connecticut for almost 100 years. Our state-of-the-art, Emergency Department, is an 11,000-square-foot, sustainable and "green" space, equipped with all private patient rooms, specialty care areas and an expanded triage desk. We have a brand-new Women's Health Center on the hospital campus.
Sharon Hospital is a 78-bed general hospital located in northwestern Connecticut. The Labor and Delivery room sees between 150-200 births per year.
