The LVHN Region Stroke Network is anchored by a Comprehensive Stroke Center (CSC) at the Cedar Crest campus and supported through telemedicine by six Primary Stroke Centers, three Neighborhood Hospitals, and two active Emergency Departments.Advanced stroke care is centralized at our Cedar Crest site, where patients have access to the full spectrum of cerebrovascular services, including 24/7 advanced imaging, endovascular therapy, and neurovascular surgical expertise. • This position is located in Allentown, PA, primarily at our Cedar Crest hospital
• Flexible inpatient/outpatient model and call
• You will collaborate closely with a highly skilled team of physicians and Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs)
• Our stroke service call schedules are intentionally structured to support work–life balance while ensuring seamless coverage for our high‑volume stroke program

Over 2,200 stroke cases are admitted each year to LVHN making it one of the busiest stroke services in the nation. The hospital has 24-hour coverage for rapid response to all neurologic emergencies, including five neurointerventionalists.
