The Department of Neurology at Long Island Jewish Forest Hills Hospital in Queens, NY is seeking a Neuro-hospitalist to join our multi-disciplinary team. This opportunity offers flexibility to work one week on/one week off with no ambulatory clinical responsibilities.
Long Island Jewish Forest Hills is a 312-bed community teaching hospital that provides inpatient medical and surgical care, intensive care, and women’s health services. The hospital is designated as a Level II Perinatal Center. Our Emergency Department is a 911 receiving site, a certified heart station, as well as a New York state-designated Stroke Center. We also offer a well-regarded medical residency education program and a podiatry residency education program. Our facilities have exceptional staff using the most advanced diagnostic and treatment technologies available.
The Department of Neurology has seen tremendous growth across all regions, with the goal of providing comprehensive, integrated health care and wellness services. Inclusion within the service line offers the opportunity to connect with a large group of neurologists, academic, teaching, world class grand rounds, conferences, and the ability to discuss and share cases with experts in every subspecialty.
