What You'll Do Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assessments. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Perform necessary procedures as needed. Order and interpret diagnostic tests. Manage patient medications effectively. Document medical records accurately and comprehensively. Communicate clearly and collaboratively with patients, families, and the healthcare team. Who You Are Board certified in Internal Medicine (ABIM) or Family Medicine (FM). Active Florida medical license is mandatory. A minimum of 2 years of experience in Hospital Medicine is preferred. You possess strong clinical skills and experience managing a diverse range of medical conditions. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills are essential.
