St. Peters Hospital is seeking full time evening - Hospitalist physicians to join the Hospital Medicine team in Albany, NY. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well established, collegial hospital medicine program within a physician friendly environment supported by strong system resources.
Position Details:
Provide comprehensive medical care to diverse population of critically ill adult patients, including admissions, rounding and discharge planning
Manage an average census of 15 patients per provider with a staffing model of 20 providers
Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Respond to rapids and codes
Conducts a history and physical examination, and note dictated in our EPIC EMR system
Full Time Evening schedules: either 2 pm - Midnight OR 2pm - 2 am, 7 on / 7 off
Requirement of 1900 hours annually, 475 hours per quarter
