Mass General Brigham is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Primary Care Physician to join our full-service, outpatient primary care practice in Watertown, MA.
This position includes a leadership component, serving as Medical Director for the practice. In addition to providing direct patient care, the Medical Director will help guide clinical operations, support quality improvement initiatives, mentor providers, and collaborate with administrative leadership to ensure delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.
