In addition to providing direct patient care, the Medical Director will help guide clinical operations, support quality improvement initiatives, mentor providers, and collaborate with administrative leadership to ensure delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.

The salary range for this position is $250,000 to $290,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, and internal equity.
