Our Evansville clinic provides care for the entire family, offering convenient neighborhood access for diagnosis and treatment of minor and chronic illnesses, preventive care, immunizations, and more. You’ll join a tight-knit team with experienced support staff, strong onboarding, and the backing of a mission-driven, integrated health system.

Qualifications: - MD or DO with board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine
- Eligible for Wisconsin medical licensure
- Passion for community-focused care
- Graduate from an accredited ACGME family medicine residency program
- Desire to be the collaborating physician with APP’s located at the practice
