About MUSC Health Endocrinology MUSC Health Endocrinology is a specialized clinic in Elgin, South Carolina, providing comprehensive care for diabetes, thyroid, osteoporosis, and metabolic diseases. Required Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Boad of Internal Medicine in Internal Medicine and Endocrinology. Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine Residency Program and Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism Fellowship. Must hold or be eligible for an unrestricted South Carolina Medical license.
