About this role:
Intermountain Health is seeking a Pulmonary Critical Care physician to join a team of experienced Pulmonary and Critical Care Physicians to work at the state-of-the-art facility, Utah Valley Hospital, a 395-bed level II Trauma center and Certified Stroke Center.
You can anticipate working in both the Outpatient Pulmonary Clinic and ICU as a member of multi-disciplinary teams supporting advanced therapies for complex critically ill patients. The Pulmonary and Critical Care team is made up of 10 physicians and 7 APPs.
In this role you can anticipate:
Practicing at Utah Valley Hospital in Provo, Utah; with option to do pulmonary clinic hours at American Fork Hospital in American Fork, Utah
Mix of pulmonary clinic, pulmonary consults, procedures, and ICU shifts; 1,825 hours annually
36-bed adult mixed medical/surgical ICU, caring for general surgery, trauma (Level II ASC Trauma Hospital Accreditation), cardiovascular surgery, neurosurgery, and medical patients
24/7 in-house ICU coverage, with a mix of day, and night shifts
Teaching opportunities throughout the year with family medicine residents, medical students, and APPs
New Ion robot and EBUS capable
This position includes a sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, training stipend, and student loan repayment for those who qualify

Competitive Compensation:$491,750.00 annual salary
Incentives:$30,000starting bonus, and up to $20,000relocation assistance (if applicable)

What you'll bring:
MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
Board certification or eligibility in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine
Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one
Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process
