This role offers the opportunity to practice in a collaborative environment with robust specialty support while delivering advanced, patient-centered care within a growing healthcare system.

Join a tight-knit team of 14 Physicians and 12 APPs
7/7 Schedule (7p-7a)
No clinic responsibilities
24/7 APP Support
Primary location: MercyOne Des Moines Medical Center - 67 ICU/CCU Beds
Secondary location: MercyOne West Des Moines Medical Center - 7 ICU Beds

Base Salary: $578,340
Recruitment incentive: $75,000
Moving allowance up to $15,000
Annual CME allowance: $6,000
