Job Details: - Minimum 3+ years of post-fellowship experience
- 0.2 FTE Medical Director / 0.8 FTE Clinical Cardiology
- Help lead growth and development of the Heart Failure Program
- Interdisciplinary group – Partner with APPs and Physicians within Cardiology as well as the Market Leadership Teams
