This inpatient role at Hartford Hospital focuses on consultative and follow-up care for patients with medium to high cardiac complexity admitted to the hospital. Highlights of this opportunity include the following The consultative cardiology inpatient service at Hartford Hospital works closely with clinical faculty and referring physicians. Responsibilities include evaluation of new consults, collaborative in-hospital care/rounding, and transitional care for patients with heart-related conditions. Clinical, research, and teaching opportunities with fellows and the clinical cardiology team as part of Hartford HealthCare's Heart & Vascular Institute. Partner with a team of Cardiology advanced practice providers and subspecialists, including Advanced Heart Failure, Structural Heart, Interventional, Electrophysiology, and Cardiac Surgery. Qualifications BC/BE in Cardiovascular Medicine and Echocardiography. Connecticut license or eligibility.
