  • Licensed to practice medicine in accordance with Chapter 458, Florida Statutes plus four years of appropriate experience. Completion of a residency program may substitute for the required experience.

Job Description:
UF Health St. Johns is seeking a BC/BE Vascular Surgeon to join our growing cardiovascular program and help expand vascular surgery services throughout St. Johns County, Florida. This position offers the unique opportunity to build a thriving community-based vascular practice while collaborating closely with the nationally recognized vascular surgery team at the University of Florida College of Medicine - Jacksonville. The incoming surgeon will be supported by a strong referral base and work alongside cardiologists, CT Surgeons, endovascular specialists, and advanced practice providers to provide comprehensive vascular care.

Located in northeast St. Johns County, UF Health Durbin Park will include a full -service 99-bed hospital with a focus on acute, intensive, emergency care, orthopaedics, neurosurgery, general surgery, cardiovascular medicine, and women's services as well as a multidisciplinary medical office building. Future potential site development include the ability to expand hospital beds as well as an ambulatory surgical center, outpatient imagining and additional medial office building.

  • MD or DO

Specialty License or Certification; Board certified or Board Eligible in Specified Area of Medical Specialty; Certification/Licensure in the state of Florida and Federal DEA Certification
