Questions to ask the employer

  • Is $227,000–$245,500 base salary only, or expected total compensation including bonus and productivity?
  • What happens to compensation when the guarantee period ends, and what share of physicians out-earn the guarantee afterward?
  • At 0.5 FTE, how do compensation, benefits, and call scale — and is moving to 1.0 FTE an option later?
  • How many weeks of PTO and CME time are included, and is unused time paid out?
