Medical Director, Vascular Surgery VHC Health - Arlington, Virginia Full-Time | Hospital-Based Practice Position Overview The Medical Director, Vascular Surgery will serve as the clinical and strategic leader responsible for developing, growing, and advancing VHC Health's vascular surgery program. Because this is a growing and evolving service line, the organization seeks a physician leader with substantial experience in vascular surgery, program development, multidisciplinary collaboration, and operational leadership. This role is ideal for a surgeon who is energized by the opportunity to expand clinical services, strengthen referral networks, enhance procedural capabilities, and shape the future vision of vascular care delivery across the health system. The Medical Director will work closely with executive leadership, cardiology, interventional radiology, operating room leadership, wound care services, critical care teams, nephrology, podiatry, and primary care physicians to create a comprehensive, integrated vascular program focused on exceptional patient outcomes, innovation, and growth.
