The team currently includes three urologists and is expanding to meet regional demand across Northern West Virginia. The practice offers a collaborative APP model, defined partnership potential, and a unique medical technology development program that allows physicians to innovate while maintaining ownership of their ideas. Hospital Highlights Level IV trauma center Multiple da Vinci 5 and single-port robots available Advanced lasers, lithotripsy platforms, and Aquablation center utilizing the HYDROS system available Dedicated cystoscopy suite Practice Highlights General urology position with opportunity to sub-specialize Subspecialty interests supported but not limited to Endourology, Oncology, and Men's Health Robotics experience preferred but not required Call: Approximately 10 days per month, including one weekend (non-burdensome). APPs assist with weekday call alongside assigned urologist Weekend call is optional and additionally compensated.
