Position Summary
As part of the continued expansion of the Jackson Health System, the Jackson Medical Group, a growing multi-specialty physician network of over 40 physicians who practice throughout Miami-Dade County at over 7 different specialty care centers seek to hire a Urologist to develop and build our specialty practice in the North Miami-Dade County area. Jackson Memorial Hospital, Jackson North Medical Center and our multi-specialty private practices will serve as referral centers.
The Urologist is responsible for the planning, diagnostic development, management and evaluation of medical/services at the clinic/center of responsibility.
Provides and maintains JHS Standards towards continuous, intensive direct medical diagnosis, consultation, and health care services to JHS patients.

Education
Doctorate degree in Medicine is required.
Experience
Generally requires 3 to 5 years of related experience.
License/Certification
Valid Florida Medical License.
DEA and board certification or eligible in Urology are required. Other specialty certifications related to specialty are a plus.
American Heart Association(AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) and (ACLS)for Healthcare Providers certification with at least 6 months validity required.
