Questions to ask the employer

  • Is $350,000 base salary only, or expected total compensation including bonus and productivity?
  • The posted pay sits below what 79 Urology physicians report (national median $590,000) — what closes that gap: productivity upside, bonus, equity, or schedule?
  • How many weeks of PTO and CME time are included, and is unused time paid out?

  • Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care

  • Interest in community-based practice with access to subspecialty support

(Fellowship training welcome but not required for this general urology position.)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Two-year guaranteed base salary with a competitive compensation package

  • Comprehensive benefits including Health, Dental, and Vision coverage

  • CME allowance and dedicated professional development support

  • Robust administrative infrastructure, EMR (Epic), and APP support

  • Eligibility for faculty appointment at Lahey Hospital & Medical Center/ University of Massachusetts (if desired)

Pay Range:

$350,000.00 USD - $450,000.00 USD
