This is a full-time, hospital-employed position with access to experienced surgical staff and robust clinical support. Position Highlights Flexible 3- or 5-year contract with leading salary and quarterly wRVU incentives Sign-on bonus + annual retention payments Additional call compensation Up to 25 days PTO plus holidays $10,000 CME stipend + 5 paid CME days Relocation allowance up to $15,000
