Self Regional Healthcare is Seeking BE/BC Da Vinci® Urologists in Upstate South Carolina Self Regional Healthcare, a 356 bed tertiary care hospital and regional health system, is seeking a board eligible or board certified Urologist trained in the Da Vinci Surgical System® to join its organization along with four current urologists currently on staff. The healthcare system is expanding its urological program and intends to work with the urologists towards the development of a regional center of excellence for robotics in its urological service line. The Opportunity Currently, there are four urologists practicing in Greenwood with tremendous demand for additional urologists in the area. The practice currently serves a seven-county referral area of over 250,000 people and is the only full time urological practice in approximately a sixty mile radius. There is a strong hospital affiliated primary care referral base in the region which is fully supportive of the practice, along with a large medical staff of over 250 active staff members in a broad range of specialties such as cardio-thoracic surgery, neurosurgery, women's services, and orthopedics. Self Regional Healthcare has state-of-the-art imaging services including X-Ray, CT, MRI and Ultrasound. We have recently installed three new Da Vinci 5 systems.
