Benefis Health System , a large regional tertiary care center, is seeking a BE/BC Urologist to join our established and collaborative team in Great Falls. This position serves a population of more than 275,000 patients across north central Montana and offers an exceptional balance of clinical autonomy, specialty support, and quality of life. Position Overview Join a well-established practice with 4 Urology physicians delivering efficient, high-quality , and patient-centered care. You will be supported by a highly skilled clinical team , including a procedural nurse, surgery schedulers, and an experienced RN clinical manager - allowing you to focus on patient care. Outpatient procedures are performed in four spacious, fully equipped procedure rooms within the clinic. Surgical services are conveniently located just a five-minute walk away, featuring 10 main operating rooms, a dedicated cystoscopy suite , and advanced robotic capabilities including Da Vinci 5 and XI platforms with experienced robotic first assistants. This role offers a broad scope of general urology with the flexibility to develop subspecialty interests based on your preferences , including pediatrics, endourology, reconstructive urology, female urology (pelvic floor), infertility, and oncology. You will collaborate closely with medical and radiation oncologists through a regional cancer center and participate in a weekly multidisciplinary Tumor Board . The practice benefits from a robust referral network of more than 440 employed physicians and advanced practice providers within Benefis Medical Group, along with strong regional referral support . Epic EMR is utilized system-wide, with opportunities to integrate AI tools and customize scheduling templates .
