The additional surgeon is needed due to our continued practice growth both locally and regionally. Practice Details 182 24 hour shifts/year, flexible scheduling, covering the hospital and urgent/emergent OR cases Academic appointment through the University of North Dakota School of Medicine is available Research opportunities and support services are available Region's only Level I ACS verified Adult Trauma Center Davinci XI and DV5 robot available Nationally competitive 2 year salary guarantee with a comprehensive physician benefit package including 401K, Health, Dental, Vision, Malpractice, Disability, and Relocation Allowance Compensation Urology Hospitalist - Fargo Competitive compensation package includes Shift rate of $3,997 per 24-hour shift equating to $727,450 per year for 182 shifts at 1.0 FTE In addition, a $200,000 retention incentive to be paid if physician remains a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details) Sanford's Fargo Region has over 600 licensed beds and employs 640 physicians.
