Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and Flex Spending Accounts Flexible Schedules Annual Continuing Medical Education Stipend 403(b) with Company Contribution Program 457 Savings Plan What you’ll do as a Urogynecologist Conduct comprehensive evaluations and provide specialized care for women with pelvic floor disorders, including urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapses, and fecal incontinence. Perform a variety of diagnostic procedures, including urodynamic testing, cystoscopy, and pelvic floor imaging, to accurately assess and diagnose pelvic floor conditions. Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs, which may include conservative therapies, such as pelvic floor exercises or medication, as well as surgical interventions, such as pelvic reconstructive surgery or minimally invasive procedures. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including Urologists, Colorectal Surgeons, and Physical Therapists, to provide multidisciplinary care and optimize patient outcomes. Educate patients about their pelvic floor conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies, empowering them to actively participate in their own healthcare and make informed decisions about their treatment.
