TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Physician for a full-time permanent opportunity with a growing urgent care organization in Ladonia, AL. This position offers a flexible 3-day work week, strong compensation and benefits, and the opportunity to practice independently in a fast-paced urgent care setting with strong clinical support. Position Details Job Type: Permanent Specialty: Urgent Care Provider Type: Physician Schedule: Full-Time, 3 x 12-hour shifts weekly Location: Ladonia, AL Setting: Outpatient Urgent Care Clinical Responsibilities Assess, diagnose, and treat acute and episodic conditions Perform urgent care procedures including Laceration repair Abscess drainage Splinting Wound care DOT physicals Order, interpret, and review In-house laboratory testing Imaging studies Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans Provide patient education and follow-up instructions Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation Collaborate with clinic support staff to ensure efficient patient flow and quality outcomes Practice Environment Fully equipped urgent care clinic with on-site diagnostics Experity EMR system Average patient volume of 3-4 patients per hour Structured clinical onboarding and orientation Established workflows and clinical protocols Access to clinical leadership and network resources Primary provider on-site during shifts Schedule Full-time schedule Three 12-hour shifts weekly Rotating weekends No call responsibilities Self-scheduling system with schedules published in advance Additional shifts available with overtime pay after 40 hours weekly Requirements Medical License in Alabama Current BLS and ACLS certifications required Minimum of 1 year of urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care experience preferred Will consider Family and General Surgery experience Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment Patient-centered approach to care Compensation & Benefits Hourly: $120-$150 depending on area Productivity incentives available above base compensation Potential sign-on and relocation assistance Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match HSA with employer contribution Company-paid malpractice coverage Student loan repayment assistance PTO and paid holidays CME allowance and licensure renewal support Flexible spending options TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is a specialized healthcare recruiting firm connecting clinicians with high-quality locum and permanent opportunities nationwide.
