Position Highlights: Outpatient-only practice with a flexible hybrid schedule (5-day workweek) Hybrid opportunity High patient demand currently booking 8 months out Average 16 20 patients per day Work alongside a multidisciplinary team : primary care, pulmonology, neurology, and psychiatry Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a physician with extensive experience in evaluating, diagnosing, and managing a broad spectrum of adult sleep disorders, including: Sleep apnea Insomnia Narcolepsy Parasomnias Restless leg syndrome Proficiency in: Interpreting overnight polysomnography, MSLT, and HSAT Developing individualized treatment plans using CPAP/BiPAP therapy, behavioral interventions, and pharmacologic strategies Core Competencies Sleep Disorder Diagnosis & Management Polysomnography & HSAT Interpretation CPAP/BiPAP Therapy Initiation & Monitoring Multidisciplinary Collaboration Patient & Family Education Sleep Hygiene Counseling Clinical Documentation (EHR) Quality Improvement Initiatives Continuing Medical Education Qualifications Active and unrestricted Virginia and North Carolina medical license Board Certification in Sleep Medicine (ABIM) Fellowship training in Sleep Medicine (preferred) Why Hampton, VA?
