Full description
The University of Kansas Health System, Department of Medicine, is seeking a full-time Inpatient Oncologist to join its expanding team of physicians and allied health professionals and support the departmental mission of delivering the highest quality of care, as well as satisfying teaching, research, and academic responsibilities.
Candidates in this role will provide care on inpatient services, with patient care responsibilities shared equally among members of the inpatient group and supplemented by one-week rotations from members of the outpatient oncology group. Additionally, they will participate in educational and administrative conferences, including involvement in subcommittees relevant to their area of practice or education.
The ideal candidate will be Board Eligible/Board Certified in Hematology or Medical Oncology and licensed in Kansas and Missouri, additionally we are currently accepting candidates requiring J1 Visa sponsorship.
