About this role:
As a Medical Oncology Physician, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role, you will be supported by: 1 Advanced Practice Provider, Radiation Oncologist, Medical Assistants, Registered Nurses, Nurse Navigator, and Pharmacist. St. James Cancer Program is accredited by the American College of Surgeons.
- Competitive Compensation: $600,000 plus the potential to earn more with a production incentive.
- Incentives: $75,000 starting bonus, up to $20,000 relocation bonus (if applicable), potential for a residency stipend (if applicable) and up to $100,000 student loan repayment bonus (if applicable).

- You will practice at St. James Hospital
- Schedule: 4-day work week (4/10s), alternating Fridays with the Advanced Practice Provider
- Focus: Will be able to provide care in the cancer center with a primary emphasis on hematological care and a mix of oncology.
- Procedures: Bone marrow biopsies, consultations, disease diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Manage a patient base of adults (primarily over 65), 25-30 patients a day.
- Potential for medical directorship

What you’ll bring.

MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine.

Residency trained in Internal Medicine.

Fellowship trained in oncology

Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline.

Active, unobstructed Montana medical license, or the ability to obtain one.

Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process.
