Corewell Health South is seeking a passionate board certified or board eligible Rheumatologist to join our busy team at Corewell Health South Rheumatology. Competitive initial salary guarantee - including generous signing bonus and opportunity to earn productivity bonuses!
Position is primarily outpatient-based with light inpatient consults (average of no more than one per week). Great partnership with 24/7 Hospitalist Team. Epic EHR and MyChart patient portal. Experience with MSK ultrasound, joint injections, and aspiration preferred. Training in MSK Ultrasound provided. No internal medicine patients.
Office hours are 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday - Friday. Call coverage equals approximately 10 days per month, including one weekend. Team includes one Rheumatologist and experienced support staff. New consults average 45-60 minutes; 30 minute appointments for established patients. Tertiary care center support is provided by Northwestern, University of Chicago, and University of Michigan.
