Mercy Medical Center is seeking a Surgical Oncologist with expertise or strong interest in HIPEC, cytoreductive surgery, peritoneal surface malignancy, and complex abdominal surgical oncology to join its growing Surgical Oncology team.
This is an exceptional opportunity to join a nationally and internationally recognized peritoneal surface malignancy program with a mature referral base, high-volume operative experience, and a strong record of academic productivity. The program performs 90+ cytoreductive surgery/HIPEC procedures annually and has produced more than 10 first-tier peer-reviewed publications in peritoneal surface malignancy, cytoreductive surgery, HIPEC, ovarian cancer, appendiceal neoplasms, and related complex abdominal oncology topics.
The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the continued growth of this program clinically, academically, and administratively, including participation in research, multidisciplinary case review, tumor boards, and program development.

Qualifications of the ideal candidate:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Surgical Oncology
- Expertise in diagnosis and treatment of a broad range of cancer diagnoses such as pancreatic, ovarian, appendiceal, thyroid, melanoma
- Advanced surgical training in minimally invasive surgery as well as traditional open surgery
Compensation
$59.00-$999.99/hour
