Minimal On-Call: This position includes minimal inpatient consults and a light on-call schedule, ensuring a healthy work-life balance. Comprehensive Support: Radiology and Infusion services offered nearby at Parkland Medical Center. You'll work alongside a highly qualified RN, future APP support and administrative staff. Collaborative Care: You will be part of a team dedicated to musculoskeletal disease treatment, with easy access to consultations with colleagues in endocrinology, physical and occupational therapy, orthopaedic surgery, and other specialties. About Our Department The Rheumatology Department at Lahey Hospital and Medical Center is nationally recognized for its commitment to providing personalized, innovative treatment plans for every patient. We prioritize a timely response to patient needs and offer comprehensive care through a collaborative, team-based approach. Pay Range $240,000.00 USD - $275,000.00 USD The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation may be determined based on several factors, that may include education, training, relevant experience, specialty, geography of work location, productivity, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. In addition to base compensation, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, which may include productivity and quality bonuses.
