Position Summary
Radiology Partners, Indiana (NWIR) is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Remote Overnight General/Emergency Radiologist to support several Northwest Indiana locations. This position will cover 122 shifts per year and follows a highly desirable 7on/14off schedule, providing exceptional work-life balance with extended time off between rotations.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable with all diagnostic interpretations including STAT, ER, and trauma cases, and will play a key role in supporting emergency and inpatient imaging needs during overnight hours. The case mix includes CT, MRI, ultrasound, and plain films from busy emergency departments and inpatient services, offering a dynamic and engaging overnight workflow.
Radiologists in this role benefit from optimized worklists and balanced case distribution designed to promote efficiency and minimize unnecessary interruptions during overnight shifts.
The position also leverages Radiology Partners’ Mosaic AI Operating System, an advanced technology platform that uses artificial intelligence and workflow automation to prioritize studies, improve turnaround times, and reduce administrative burden so radiologists can focus on high-quality diagnostic interpretation.
This position offers the flexibility of fully remote work, allowing radiologists to practice from anywhere while remaining connected to a collaborative and collegial team environment. Radiologists are supported by strong operational infrastructure and responsive leadership, ensuring physicians have the resources needed to practice at the top of their license.

Radiology Partners, Indiana (NWIR) is a 40-member sub-specialized, diversified, state of the art private radiology practice located in Northwestern Indiana, just 30 minutes outside the Chicago area. NWIR serves Franciscan Health, the second largest health care delivery system in Indiana, providing coverage across 7 hospitals and multiple outpatient imaging centers, including a Level III Trauma Center, in a Tort Reform state. The target salary for this position is $550k. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
