Questions to ask the employer

  • Is $200,000 base salary only, or expected total compensation including bonus and productivity?
  • The posted pay sits below what 22 Radiology physicians report (region median $550,000) — what closes that gap: productivity upside, bonus, equity, or schedule?
  • How is the $200,000 loan repayment structured — forgiven over time, contingent on service years, or paid up front?
