Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Position Overview Pay Range $550,000.00 - $893,003.00 We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Breast Radiologist to join our growing radiology team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive breast imaging services and work collaboratively with breast surgeons, medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, pathologists, primary care providers, and other members of the multidisciplinary care team. This opportunity is ideal for a radiologist who is passionate about women’s health, early detection of breast cancer, and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Opportunity Details Interpret screening and diagnostic mammography, including digital breast tomosynthesis Interpret breast ultrasound and breast MRI examinations Perform image-guided breast procedures, including ultrasound-guided, stereotactic/tomosynthesis-guided, and MRI-guided biopsies Perform breast localization procedures as appropriate Evaluate patients presenting for diagnostic breast imaging and communicate findings and recommendations Provide timely communication of significant or suspicious findings to patients and referring providers Participate in multidisciplinary breast conferences and tumor boards Collaborate closely with breast surgery, oncology, pathology, radiation oncology, and other clinical specialties Support quality improvement initiatives and adherence to breast-imaging quality and safety standards Maintain accurate and timely documentation and reporting Participate in educational activities for residents, fellows, technologists, or other clinical staff, as applicable Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Board certified or board eligible in Diagnostic Radiology Fellowship training in Breast Imaging preferred; candidates with substantial breast-imaging experience may also be considered Eligible for medical licensure in the state of New Jersey Meets applicable MQSA requirements for interpreting physicians Experience with screening and diagnostic mammography, breast ultrasound, breast MRI, and image-guided breast procedures This position is eligible for the following benefits Medical Plan Prescription drug coverage & In-House Employee Pharmacy Dental Plan Vision Plan Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Healthcare FSA Dependent Care FSA Retirement Savings and Investment Plan Basic Group Term Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance Supplemental Group Term Life & Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance Disability Benefits – Long Term Disability (LTD) Disability Benefits – Short Term Disability (STD) Employee Assistance Program Commuter Transit Commuter Parking Supplemental Life Insurance Voluntary Life Spouse Voluntary Life Employee Voluntary Life Child Voluntary Legal Services Voluntary Accident, Critical Illness and Hospital Indemnity Insurance Voluntary Identity Theft Insurance Voluntary Pet Insurance Continuing Medical Education (CME) Paid Time-Off Program The pay range listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.
