Questions to ask the employer
- Is $500,000–$525,000 base salary only, or expected total compensation including bonus and productivity?
- The posted pay sits below what 7 Radiology physicians report (state median $610,000) — what closes that gap: productivity upside, bonus, equity, or schedule?
- How is the productivity component calculated (wRVU rate, threshold, reconciliation cadence), and what did physicians here actually earn from it last year?
- Is the $50,000 signing bonus subject to repayment or clawback, and over what commitment period?
