General Job Responsibilities Interpret a wide range of diagnostic imaging studies, including X-rays, CT scans, MRIs and ultrasounds. Residency training in diagnostic radiology accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or the American Osteopathic Association (AOA). Fellowship training in a radiology subspecialty (optional, depending on the position). License & Certifications Board certification in radiology by the American Board of Radiology (ABR) or the AOA. Active and unrestricted medical license in Arizona. Additional subspecialty certifications may be required or preferred depending on the position (e.g. neuroradiology, interventional radiology).
