Questions to ask the employer

  • Is $550,000–$600,000 base salary only, or expected total compensation including bonus and productivity?
  • The posted pay sits below what 7 Radiology physicians report (state median $610,000) — what closes that gap: productivity upside, bonus, equity, or schedule?
  • How is the productivity component calculated (wRVU rate, threshold, reconciliation cadence), and what did physicians here actually earn from it last year?
  • Is the $50,000 signing bonus subject to repayment or clawback, and over what commitment period?
